Protein Kinase Inhibition, Antibacterial Activity, and Characterization of Phytoextract-Mediated Silver Nanoparticles Using Aqueous Extracts of Ifloga spicata

This research work was focused on green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) employing an aqueous plant extract Ifloga spicata. The used in the nanoparticle served as a stabilizing and reducing agent. were characterized via various techniques such X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy. FT-IR analysis showed identification functional groups biomolecules present like O-H stretching phenolic compounds C-H stretch alkanes, C=O is vibration carbonyl, C-N amines amides, C-O ester that facilitates formation Ag-NPs. spherical geometry crystalline morphology with average crystal size 15-28 nm Ag-NPs revealed using SEM XRD analysis, respectively. stability checked through changing pH temperature reaction mixture. It examined synthesized stable at 60°C temperatures nearly neutral 8. also exhibit potential antibacterial activity investigated against selected bacterial pathogens, E. aerogens, B. bronchiseptica, S. typhimurium. exhibited maximum zone inhibition 18.1 ± 1.73 mm, id="M2"> 14.3 1.18 id="M3"> 19.5 1.30 mm typhimurium, promising protein kinase 200 (μg/mL) compared to extracts.
